Thao has created a masterpiece of art for our family. After a month of ocean delivery, the immaculate work arrived at our house in Singapore and since then has been the centre of many wonderful celebrations, festive dinners and birthday parties. Thao is incredibly talented and every single table is made with so much passion, dedication and love that we feel incredibly blessed to own such a masterpiece! We are so in awe of his talent that we have asked Thao to create another dining table for our vacation home in Germany.

Instant Camaraderie
Thao is so interesting and he just reaches you somehow. The first 10 or 15 minutes was very business-like and straightforward. Then, like a switch, it turned into this kindred spirit with him and instant camaraderie with him. I felt a certain way about it. You don’t get that with most people. I just knew the table was gonna be extra special.

Don’t know how to describe all the emotion here other than “mind blown.” Love, respect, story, family, tradition, honor, friendship, family, lifetime, beauty, art, passion, fire, nature, inspiration … all words that come to mind when I think about my initial reaction to finally seeing this gorgeous sexy-ass tree just right here.
Literally sitting. Right. Here. I think if God had a single intention for a glorious piece of wood like this … it was to create a dining table. Where His creations would gather as friends, as family, for tradition, for discussion, for all these words … but simply to exist and enjoy life.
And where better than around this beautiful fallen tree? To honor its beauty and purpose in life. To help give us all life. I say this because as a dining table, the grain and beauty and texture of this tree is in our face. You cannot ignore it. And it’s beautiful!!! Thank you Thao!! You are an amazing human.
